I work in the marketing department for about 8 months now and I’m still enjoying it. I am the Online Inventory Specialist for all of our brands so I get to play a role in how our inventory is displayed online. It’s been great learning about how each franchise represents themselves online, their inventory and what makes each of them unique. I’ve been enjoying learning more about the different models and trims that each franchise has to offer.
Working with the rest of the marketing team has also been a delight. Although my work doesn’t frequently overlap with others on the team, they have always been encouraging and supportive of one another. The team is collaborative, friendly and you can really count on anyone for help. Overall, upper management has been supportive of the marketing team as well. They seem to be open to trying our new ideas and continuously notice and reward our efforts.
