• Qualifications: None
• Experience in the field: 1 year in a customer service-based position (Preferred)

As an RV rental specialist, you will be responsible for creating a lasting and outstanding customer service experience for all customers.

The ideal candidate should be friendly, approachable, organized & have great time management skills. Having camped before is an asset, but not necessary. Speaking multiple languages is a great benefit in this position!

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the dealership
• Check customers in upon arrival & offer a walkaround of the motorhome
• Check customers in once they arrive back from their trip
• Develop and maintain full knowledge of rental units
• Answer quotes & questions emailed to the rentals department
